We sell premium seats and VIP packages through Ticketmaster.com during the public on-sale. The promoter pays us directly — no fan surcharge, no third-party resale friction.
Official Artist Store
We build and operate the official store on the artist's own website — physical and digital product, managed end-to-end. Fans buy from the artist, not a marketplace.
Tour-Integrated Commerce
Both programs operate in sync with the tour calendar — coordinating on-sale dates, product launches, and fan communications to maximise revenue at the moment of highest fan intent.

How the money flows
Ticketmaster processes the transaction and pays ACT Online Brand Services directly as the authorised seller. The artist or their management receives the net VIP revenue on the standard settlement schedule — clean, transparent, and fully reconciled.
